Vintage Dishes Crown Ducal

Good Morning & Happy Saturday!

I love dishes!  I was one of those girls that played with dishes over Barbies!  I have been collecting 5 different English dish patterns and I have been wanting to share with you one of my favorite patterns!

This lovely pattern is a Crown Ducal Bristol Pattern.

The pattern was made in the 1930's and is a little pricier than Blue Willow but you can find it on Ebay.

I love trying to find a bargain, so I have been collecting a piece here and there.  I finally almost have a service for 8.  I love the scalloped edging on all of the plates.

The bird design is absolutely gorgeous.

It's my all time favorite pattern!

I'm still on the look out for more pieces to add!

  2. What beautiful dishes. Will have to see if I can find some. Luv the pattern, and I have no red and white transferware :-)

  3. Hi Dee, During your sale last week, I purchased the Early Settlers Harvest Table Arrangement e-pattern on 5-12 which I paid for and received. For the free pattern I requested Vintage Dress-Prairie Farmer e-pattern and I also purchased the chippy box pattern with labels. I have yet to receive either of these. I have sent emails to you and received no response, but yet you continue to post on facebook daily. I have purchased several patterns in the past with no problem. What seems to be the problem with these? I have a show in 3 weeks and I really need to get them. Please respond to me ASAP!!!
